These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and the courts of the Commonwealth of Australia for the resolution of any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your engagement with us.

All communications, disputes, and legal proceedings shall be conducted in the English language.
