HOW IT WORKS

Hydrogen Generation Process

STEP 01

Water Enters

Water flows into the H2-Flex cartridge containing the aluminium-gallium alloy. The process begins with the introduction of ordinary water.

STEP 02

Chemical Reaction Generates H₂

Water combines with the gallium-aluminium to generate hydrogen gas. Up to 300 PSI of H₂ gas is stored in the cartridge under controlled pressure.

STEP 03

Excess H₂ Displaces Water & Stops Reaction

When the vehicle is idled or turned off, excess hydrogen pressure displaces the water through a one-way valve, stopping the chemical reaction automatically.

No oxygen in the reaction process. Even if the flashback arrester and H₂ filter are removed, the H2-Flex has great safety benefit due to the absence of oxygen.
