HOW IT WORKS
Hydrogen Generation Process
Water Enters
Water flows into the H2-Flex cartridge containing the aluminium-gallium alloy. The process begins with the introduction of ordinary water.
Chemical Reaction Generates H₂
Water combines with the gallium-aluminium to generate hydrogen gas. Up to 300 PSI of H₂ gas is stored in the cartridge under controlled pressure.
Excess H₂ Displaces Water & Stops Reaction
When the vehicle is idled or turned off, excess hydrogen pressure displaces the water through a one-way valve, stopping the chemical reaction automatically.

Non-Flammable
No oxygen in the reaction process. Even if the flashback arrester and H₂ filter are removed, the H2-Flex has great safety benefit due to the absence of oxygen.
High Pressure Resistant
The cartridge is made of carbon fibre and ceramic composites that can withstand 4,000 PSI and won't explode in an accident.
Pressure Relief Safety
In the event of a leak, the gas will travel to the outside through the gas line to be vented off at the pressure relief valve. Gas safely vented outside.
