The Google OAuth scopes currently used are limited to OpenID authentication and the user's email address. Multistream does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, contacts, or other Google account content.
The email address and account identifier obtained through Google Sign-In may be stored as part of the user's account and security records. This authentication information is used only for account access, identity matching, security, compliance, and account administration.
Google acts as the third-party identity provider for this authentication process. Your use of Google Sign-In is also subject to Google's applicable terms and privacy policy.
Account and Personal Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your Multistream account and associated personal information by contacting legal@multistream.com.au. Upon verification of your identity, we will take reasonable steps to delete your account and personal data in accordance with applicable law.
Deletion requests are subject to any legal, regulatory, compliance, record-retention, fraud-prevention, or contractual obligations that require Multistream International to retain certain records. Where such obligations apply, we will retain only the information necessary to meet those requirements and will otherwise delete or de-identify your personal information.
