Step 1
Preparation

    • It is the same as a name appearing in the Registrar’s Index of Company Names;

    • In the Registrar’s opinion, its use would constitute a criminal offence; or
    • In the Registrar’s opinion, it is offensive or otherwise contrary to the public interest.

Your Hong Kong Company Details
  • Choose a suitable type of entity for your business purpose
  • Choose recommended services for your Hong Kong company:
    • Bank account: You can achieve bank account in many banks in the world with Hong Kong entity (Hong Kong bank account). You can choose most of the bank options (offshore bank account) in the list (except UAE).
    • Nominee services: Using the Nominee services so the information of Nominee will be shown on Company Registration’s website
    • Serviced office: Choose your favorite jurisdiction for Service address. You can have many Service address all over the world.
    • Intellectual Property & Trademark service: You can register Intellectual Property in all of the jurisdiction with the Hong Kong company.
    • Merchant account: this service will be fulfilled after the corporate bank account is activated.
    • Bookkeeping: This service will be used in the future.
  • Processing time: You can whether choose 3 type of time period depending on the urgency of your request. Within working hour before 3pm following the Hong Kong government, we can help you to make it done within 30 minutes after you provide all required documents and information.
Step 3
Payment for Your Favorite Hong Kong Company

  • You can process payment by using Paypal.
  • You can wire transfer to us via our existent account. You can choose whether to transfer the payment to bank account which is much convenient for you. It is possible to transfer through IBAN/ SEPA if you are living in the Europe. Otherwise, SWIFT will take from 3 to 5 days.
Step 4
Send company kit to your address
  • After finishing the incorporation, we will courier the hard documents to your confirmed address by using DHL/ TNT/ FedEX. Time of delivery will be from 2 to 5 days after your company is incorporated depending on your address.
