2. How to change agent in Seychelles?

• First, your KYC must be passed by our Compliance team.
• Second, collecting company’ documents such as Certificate of Incorporation, M&AA, Share Certificate, Register of Director/Shareholder, etc for keeping records.
• Draft the Resolution of Change Agent and the Notice of Local records.
• Contact the current Agent, confirm the transfer out and all outstanding payment has been settled.
• Submit the needed documents to Seychelles Registry to process the transfer.
• After successful, we will receive a Notice from the Seychelles Registry confirms that the Registered Agent and Registered Office has been changed to us successfully.
• Now, your company is officially under our administration and you may request any services that you would like to.
